Poster Presentations

Eligibility and Process

1. All conference participants are eligible (i.e. students, faculty/researchers, industry, vendors, etc.)
2. When registering, a dropdown selection is available to indicate interest to submit a poster.
3. Use this form to submit your abstract (template below). Abstracts should follow the template and should not exceed one page.
   a. We kindly request that abstracts be submitted as soon as possible to allow for Committee review. The Committee will conduct their review & confirm selections every 1-2 weeks.
   b. Deadline for registering with a poster submission is June 29 (NOTE: abstract must also be submitted by this date). If this deadline is missed, contact organizers regarding space availability.
4. Poster printing is the responsibility of the individual or company.
   a. Printing size is A0 (a standard poster size) or 33.11 x 46.81 inches / 841 x 1189 mm.

EXHIBITING

Please register selecting the vendor/exhibitor category on the registration page. Exhibitor fee includes a single conference registration, option to give a soapbox presentation (see selection on registration form), 8′ table (wide), table linen, chairs, and basic electricity hookup. Additional options such as connected internet etc are available through resort facilities. Exhibitor registrants will receive confirmation with specifics and an order form during the week of June 12 if registered by the June 9 early bird deadline.
